The unmaking of Xi's China

7:00pm Sat 30 Mar

About this session

The Western media often obscures as much as it reveals about the nature of China under Xi. This talk will explore the key features of Chinese society in the 21st century: state capitalism, political authoritarianism, reactionary nationalism, internal dissent, ethnic oppression and workers exploitation from a Marxist framework.
