Anarchist David Graeber was one of the most prominent far-left writers and activists in the English speaking world in the 21st century. His last book, 'The Dawn of Everything', posits that individual choice, rather than class struggle, is at the heart of human history. This session will present a thoroughgoing analysis and critique of Graeber's ideas, along with outlining the Marxist approach to understanding the development of human society.
